We will offer an exchange, discount or replacement if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Request an Exchange

- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or fault
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
