Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Delivery (Door-to-Door)
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days within South Africa. Fulfilled via local courier partners.
Locker / Pickup Point Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days. Customers must provide their preferred pickup location or locker in the order notes at checkout. If no location is provided, delivery may be delayed.
International Fulfillment (Selected Products)
Some products may be shipped directly from international suppliers. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and fulfillment method. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across South Africa. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer and may incur additional charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
Due to the high risk of theft and crime in South Africa, we strongly recommend that customers ensure parcels are delivered to a secure location where someone is available to receive them.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
